Can the driver collect from any shop or seller?
Yes. Our drivers collect from anywhere — eBay sellers, Facebook Marketplace sellers, IKEA, B&Q, Argos, independent shops and private sellers. Just add the collection address as your pickup.
How do I arrange collection from a private seller?
Confirm a collection time with the seller directly, then book your driver for the same time slot. The driver goes to the seller's address, confirms the item and loads it into the van.
What if the item is large or heavy?
Choose the right van size for the item. For heavy items (washing machines, fridges, pianos), book a Luton with tail lift. For sofas, beds and wardrobes, a Medium or Large LWB van usually works.
Is the item insured during transit?
Yes. Every driver holds Goods in Transit insurance, which covers your item from collection to delivery.
Can I book a same-day marketplace collection?
Yes. Mark your job as urgent and we'll prioritise matching you with an available driver — often within the hour. This is useful when you've just agreed a deal with a seller and want to collect immediately.
